Baby Minnie - 1st B-Day -- unique spelling of name

I have searched to my wits end, and can't find an image I am pretty sure I saw before. It is a Baby Minnie with pink and white polka dots. Does anyone recall who this DISign came from? I'm trying to make a first birthday tshirt for our daughter Emilie (and hopefully be able to modify it later for "first cruise" as well).

Our older daughter has a much more common spelling of her name, so I have always been able to search Shared files and use without bothering anyone. Then we had to decide to name this one with a unique spelling...
