DH has fallen in love with this stroller and the way it folds. I have been wanting a Peg Pliko P3 but he is trying to convince me to get a City Mini instead.

My biggest concern is the lack of storage. We have a Graco stroller now that has a huge basket underneath and 2 built-in cupholders for the parents and a snack tray for DS.

Tell me the good and bad about this stroller. I am content with our Graco but it is looking ragged so not sure how many more trips it will last. Also DS is almost 2 so we would need a stroller that would handle a toddler for a couple of more years.

I love my bjcm and used it for the first time in disney this past dec. I use two valco baby universal cupholders they are awesome. the storage hasn't been a problem for me w/ the basket underneath and the large mesh pocket on the back of the seat holds plenty plus I have two mommy hooks that I also use. I have the snack tray as well. let me know if you have any other questions and I also have photos.

Ours has been pretty awesome. It has moderate storage but nothing in comparison to those Gracos! We bought a cup holder and it attached just fine. The only thing I don't love about it is that after it folds, there is no lock that keeps it folded. It's not a huge issue but if you only have one hand to work with it's a pain.

The real upside to this stroller is how nicely it moves. And it has the swivel or straight option for the front wheel so if you actually do some jogging with it you'll need that feature.

I have Baby Jogger City Mini Double. I love the stroller. I just got it last week but so far no complaints. I needed a sturdy stroller since my oldest is almost 4 and 47 pounds. My oldest usually walks and I use my Maclaren Techno for my youngest. But we have three vacations planned this year including Disney that I need for him to be in a stroller.

The fold is great and it takes up little room in my trunk. I bought the Carry You Sicily for cupholders (cheaper on Ebay). The storage underneath isn't the best but I manage to fit plenty. No snack tray for us but my boys are used to not having one since I have a Maclaren.

I also have the double version. It is an awesome stroller.:thumbsup2 I bought the Baby Jogger parent console with cup holders...that works great, it's kinda pricey, but it actually works. The sunshade is great, it comes down so far. It's easy to push, and my DS5 fits good on one side, if one of my twins is not in it. The ONLY negative that I have with it, is that it doesnt latch when folded (supposedly it actually does, but it definitely is not convenient).

Thanks for the replies. I did read some reviews online and supposedly there is a latch for the 2009 models. :thumbsup2

I have read different weight limits though - is this stroller easy to push with an older toddler? DS is already almost 30lbs.

yes I use mine daily w/ my dd5 she is disabled and doesn't walk so we get plenty of use out of the bjcm. she weighs about 40 pounds and I can push w/ one hand much easier than I could w/ the mac or silver cross that I have.

I have a City not the mini and I love it one of the reasons I bought this one is the weight limit is 75 lbs. I bought it for my second baby and I do put my DD in it who is 7 now at disney late afternoons and she is tired though probably not this trip since DS is larger.

OP I have a quick question for you when is the open date for the treehouse villas.

I believe it is June 1st. :) They are the same amount of points as a 2 bedroom villa at SSR so quite a bargain since there are 3 bedrooms in the Treehouse.

VERY easy to push. My double is no problem even when my DS5 is on one side...can even do it one handed while even carrying a baby.:thumbsup2

Glad to hear they now have a latch...that was so dumb that they didn't before. :confused3

We also have a City Mini and used it in September at WDW. It was great for our youngest who had just turned 2. We actually used a Peg P3 on the previous trips with her. We have since sold both P3's we had and the Mini is our current Disney stroller.

The fold is great especially when we would split up at night. DH and DD9 would go do their own thing while DD2 and I would go in a different direction. That left me with the stroller and whatever bag we were carrying that day. LOL But the Mini is so easy to use and fold that even late at night waiting for the busses, I could put DD in the Ergo, grab the bag, and wheel the stroller right up to the bus before quickly folding it as I got on.

I loved the P3 for Disney as well, especially when DD was 3 months old and was easily shaded from the sun. But then I wanted to try something new and the fold on the Mini won me over. Of course, I am now missing my P3 as well and wishing I had kept one of them. But I have 10+ right now so DH says no more strollers! LOL We'll see about that.

I was looking into renting a baby jogger city mini or the double from orlando stroller rentals since we no longer have/need a stroller. For those who have them, about what height would be too tall to fit comfortably in this stroller?

anything over 50 inches my 8yr old is just over 48 inches and when she sits in it her head is right at or just over the the top of the stroller but if they arent in it much I don't think it would be a big issue
