Baby food - where to buy?

Travelling to Newport Bay Hotel with 7 month old baby. Am taking cartons of SMA to supplement breast feeding, but do not want to take jars of food due to weight in luggage. No kettle in room so dried food no good either.

Does anyone know the closest place I can buy jars or cans of babyfood? No car so will have to be onsite or Disney Marketplace.

The shops in the hotels have a small selection, I think the baby care centre in the park does too (although only nipped in there to do nappies before now). There is a huge supermarket (Auchan) literally 5mins (and 1 stop) away by train so it would be very easy for you to go there to stock up.

There is a shop at the train station by the park entrance and at the Esso garage next to Santa fe hotel both of which probably stock it as well.

You can hire a kettle in your room if you wanted to take dried food. You can also get yoghurts at breakfast - not sure if these would be any use

I remember the shops in Newport Bay and Sequoia Lodge selling some baby jars but the choice is limited and the food different. Last July we travelled with a 10m old and I brought food for her. Bought Plum Baby pots, they're more expensive than the other ones but are great, come in a plastic container and don't weigh a lot.

I wouldn't give one of the yogurts, I just found them too watery... Or maybe I'm just too picky

If your baby will eat dried food already I'd take a travel kettle or hire one when you get there. At least you can take some food that you know will be eaten!

Thanks for all your help. I have a travel kettle, but as we are only going for 2 nights I do not want to take it due to luggage needed anyway with baby and 2 other children too.

I will have a look at the Boots suggestion and if all else fails at least I can get food at the hotel shops.
