Okay, how to solve this??

I think mumma bird decided with last weeks 50 degree weather it was time to have babies. In the eve of my house- 3 story...she has given birth to some babies. i can hear them chirping....there is screen in the vent- however they pulled the screen down and thats how they got in there.

What the heck do i do? If I call the landlord, chances are they will fix the screen but not remove the birdies....if they remove them, they'll freeze to death...

uughhh...I cant reach from my window, and um I'm not climbing up a ladder 3 stories!

We had this problem. I found out the hard way that we had bird tenants when I opened a rarely used kitchen cabinet and a dead bird was in it. :scared1: It somehow went down an interior wall. The cabinet was below the wall oven. :confused3

They make vented soffit inserts that the birds can't lift. You may want to suggest these to your landlord. Good luck!!!

Sorry...I couldn't understand your thread title at first.

BTW...it's "eave". :)
