So for hoots and giggles I clicked the chat link that the Comcast e-mail person provided in that reply. It does indeed take me to a chat page. And the topics I can choose from there are "Troubleshooting" as in tech support for my equipment, or "Billing Questions" as in questions about a charge on my bill or payment issues.

Don't you just love customer service? Though it sounds like you're just getting lip service, rather than any actual help. Hope you get your cable trouble fixed soon.

I found the customer forums on the site and sad to say there are LOTS of complaints re: CS. For the moment I'm just going to forget it. If they are going to make it this hard to upgrade to a more expensive package then THEY are the losers!!

Give me a few more months on WW and I'll be able to rock that lime green dress and the red wig.

Well I need to call the fuel co and ask how much K-1 is running. We have a monitor for our hot water. This is going to be scary. It's 100 gallon minimum for delivery unless you want to pay a nice fee.

So I guess we really are going to have just Summer and not quite Summer this year. It was in the high 80's today. This weekend, the high will be high 60's. No wonder most people I know have been getting sick. Our temps at work are going nuts. It's set to match the outside weather, so one day we'll freeze, the next it's warm.

This is exactly how I am feeling. I just told hubby that if we are going to have a winter it better hurry up and get here. Mid January and my back door is open.

I'm not asking for winter, I just want not Summer to come. I have my a/c on. A few years ago, I was able to go at least 3 months without a/c.
