Hi,
I guess the others will follow suit:

British Airways today announced that we will increase the longhaul fuel surcharge with effect from Wednesday, 13 June, 2007 as a result of further rises in the price of oil, which is now more than US$70 per barrel.

The fuel surcharge on longhaul flights of less than nine hours will rise from £33 per sector (£66 return) to £38 (£76 return) and from £38 per sector to £43 (£86 return) on flights longer than nine hours.

The shorthaul fuel surcharge remains unchanged at £8 per sector (£16 return).

We will also increase the fuel surcharges by equivalent levels in markets outside the UK.

The latest increase in the longhaul fuel surcharge is regrettable. The cost of fuel has risen significantly in recent weeks. Unfortunately, we have little choice but to pass on some of this extra cost to our customers.

We will be keeping the level of the surcharge under constant review and make adjustments where appropriate.

The new surcharge levels applies to all mainline flights.

Mick.
