Hi all,

I've just booked BA Premium Economy for our October '13 trip. Never flown to Orlando with BA (I've flown to other US destinations with them but they were less "busy" routes). Just wondered if anyone has any experience on the direct BA flight, particularly in Premium Economy.

We have tended to fly Virgin in the past (also Premium Economy) so I just wondered if anyone has any feedback.

TIA :thumbsup2

I preferred BA, better food and better service. The planes used are 777 rather than the jumbos which I preferred as there were less passengers.

IFE is on demand also.

We flew BA (only economy though) LGW-MCO in summer 2011. Couldn't fault it - great crew there and back, edible food, comfortable etc etc.

One member of our group was also a very nervous flyer, and they took great care of her/us!

We're using them again this year!

We flew BA last year. Food was good, for plane food, and the staff were very good.

They were very happy to help all the hoards of kids who made their way to the back of the plane with drinks and allowed them to help themselves to the goody box too :thumbsup2

The films were very good and there were lots of choice for everyone. Sorry can't comment on PE except to say you'll be the first off the plane as they were by the door.

Thanks for the feedback, Beth! I'm not a great flyer. I do it and I've flown a lot but I can't say I enjoy it. Virgin were ridiculously expensive this year for our dates so I'm just hoping BA are better!

Flew out with them in December 2012 and are doing so again this year. Food was horrible on the way back, but no biggie. It's the best value flight we can find.

Pam

Can I ask how the entertainment system compares to VA as we've always travelled with VA but are likely to go with BA this year. Thanks in advance

IFE is great, loads of films and channels to choose from, and many of their 777s have been upgraded and have new seats and even better IFE.
