One offer is for flight + 7 days Avis car hire between 22 Oct 12 - 14 Dec 12 from £449, haven't yet found a date as low as £449 but for a 2-week car hire group A plus flights in November was quoted as £1,121 for 2 seats.
Offers also include Tampa and Miami and other dates over the year but must be booked by 30th April.
