BA Compensation

I have claimed from Ba for a 5 hour delay last year My experience has been awful too. The customer services department told me recently that the compensation department do not have a telephone!.

How do they communicate, smoke signals, morse code ?Really, that's hilarious!

Air France have been consistent in their poor customer service and not offered appropriate compensation.
Looking at raising this is a small claims court action.

That's not good - hope they pay up for you.

This thread made me look back at my old flights and I realised I could claim for an AF flight that was delayed in 2012. So I have sent of the claim and will see what happens- not holing out much hope given your experience.
