Hi all,
Thought I would post to let you all know the word on other forums is that BA will extend their current sale (including WT and WT+) to include Club World and First starting 27th of January. :cool1:
Hopefully Orlando will be include and I would fully expect Virgin to follow suit.

Anyone know if BA will be repeating their 2-for-1 on club world again for this summer?

ooohhhh, that would be sooooo tempting.... Then again, I have no money... :lmao:
but that offer wasn't on until late April/early May.

I spotted the word SALE in the title .... and here I am! :rotfl2:

:confused3 The prices are not out yet but from what I've seen/heard the prices to TPA/MCO should be around £500 cheaper than what they are right now. With First upgrades from £499. That would be a sale in my book lol.

Wouldn't that be wonderful!!! Does anyone remember if it included Christmas? That really would be too much to ask for I guess.

Thanks Wayne! Feels like 50% of my posts are ''thanks Wayne'' lol!

No problem.
I would snap their hand off just now for last year 2 for 1 prices in August. Just priced up VA again, going up by the day now at £1,138.19 in economy.:rotfl2:

You are KIDDING ME??? That is absolutely ridiculous!
I kick myself that I missed the last BA sale £1199 for Club World! Not sure if that would of been availible in August but £1138 in Econ is just pathetic. I am so glad when we booked out wedding flights Virgin Upper was still ''reasonable'' at £1200 and that was just a normal fare no sale. We are all lucky to get that in a sale these days!!!

Same here Wayne we just checked virgin for our dates and its £1200 each in economy!! :scared1: Im sure BA are aware of virgins prices so i would think a 2 for 1 sale on buisness class is most unlikely - but fingers crossed.

In the same instance BA have to do something to get people booking with them. I'm sure some will be very adverse to doing so considering all the negative press with regards to the forth-coming strike ballot and possible pending strike :confused3
I def would be nervy booking with them at this point in time however if the price is right I will def give them a go (whilst booking on my cc jic).

Virgin currently being at £1830 for Upper in Sept/Oct I feel a ''good'' sale price in this climate would be around the £1300 mark. If only BA will repeat their previous sale of £1199 or PLEASE the 2 for 1 it surely would dramatically boost their sales.

Yes you might be right - the way things are going will BA still be around come August:confused3, so it probably is more of a risk than booking with virgin, but as you say if the price is right and we book on a CC then its a risk we will certainly take:thumbsup2

Wayne, I am sure you have but..... have you considered flying in and out of Miami? Fare's from £400 after 22nd Aug.

Yes considered, had chance of direct £400 flights a few months back into Miami but from London, decided to wait, looks like I made a mistake.
Need to fly out 4th or 5th return 28th or 29th, there has been loads of great prices 22nd or later but no use to us unfortunately.

Ah I hate when that happens. Hopefully another sale after this one that will include August for you.
