We received a letter with a yellow card on the last night of our first cruise. We were instructed to go to the Bayou at 8:30-8:45am. We arrived and no one was there! We waited while watching the steady stream of guests who had to walk around the forward elevators to que up to debark until at least 9am when other B2B passengers began to arrive at the Bayou. Only after 9 did a cast member show up. (I wish someone would have checked in to assure us we were in the right place) We were ushered to debark where we had to turn in our first leg kttw cards. We then went to the Concierge lounge where we waited for maybe 15 minutes and then taken to immigration to show our passports. Next, we were taken as a group back up into the terminal waiting area (not Concierge this time). Maybe around 10:30am I was able to see the next cruise on the Navigator. We waited there until right about 11am to get back on board. Since we kept the same cabin we went up to our cabin and were able to get in with our Disneyband+. Lunch locations were not open until noon, as well as AquaMouse and most pools (too chilly for me at PC to get in a pool at that time anyway), so we took a nap. Our new kttw were not delivered until 1pm.
We left our door decorations on during our transition and had our Magicband+ with us. All we really needed to take off the ship was the yellow card and our passports and phones. Sometime between 2:30 and 3pm I got off the ship to get my rx sunglasses from our car. By this time most passengers were already onboard so I had no line to go through. I just had to send my belt and cell phone through the metal detector.

Interesting. We were on the Dream last month for a B2B2B and we always met up in the morning around 9:30 in one of the lounges. We also had yellow cards that showed we were B2B guests although we didn't have to turn in our old KTTW card. The 1st leg we waited away from the new cruisers and as soon as they started rolling in, we were led away to board. I think we got back on around 11 am. The 2nd leg in San Juan was a cluster as it was the first docking there in many months. We had to wait for them to get set up to check us in and then we had to wait until they were ready for us to board. It was after 11:30 when we boarded the second time.

San Juan was better than the last time we were there for a B2B. It was early Feb 2020 and we all had to redo COVID forms that they had just printed up that morning. We didn't board until after 12:00. Most of the room waiting to board was full and people were starting to stand.

Interesting to see how different ships have different processes.

You had to turn in your KTTW cards from your first leg? That would be a bummer, I like to keep mine (I put magnets on the back and put them on my fridge, lol).
