Have stayed multiple times since it opened as B, the last time was in the spring. It and Doubletree are my favorites to stay in Disney Springs. (I have also stayed at Hilton, Buena Vista Palace and Wyndham under another name).
Have stayed in tower a few times, a ground level room with sliders to parking lot (buffered by vegetation) and a pool view room with a patio (private, with furniture and gate to pool

). Every trip was good, great customer service and would not hesitate to book again. The dining room/bar area is nice, the grab and go store is one of best I've ever seen in a hotel, the pool was renovated well with great loungers and a bar right there, kids playroom,
Disney store, giant outdoor chess with lots of private seating areas ... and because it was an older hotel the rooms are big. The decor is very boutique like, beds comfortable, bathrooms modern and well done.
They have a resort fee and parking fee but you can often get good discounts and sometimes one or both waived. Check via

AAA, direct on their website and mousesavers. Mousesavers recently tweeted a big discount and resort fee waived deal.
