I am planning to celebrate my son's 2nd b-day at Chef Micky's Brunch and Crystal Palace Lunch and I want to have a cupcake with candles i/o a cake. How do I go about ordering a cupcake? Should I call the restaurant directly, or should I tell the server when we are seated?

Thanks.::MinnieMo

I would think that telling the server when you arrive you would like a birthday cupcake would be enough notice. If you wanted a whole cake, I would probably call the restaurant in advance to order it.

Have fun!!:)

We did birthday breakfast on our last trip for DD and DS at CP. Just told the server. He brought out cupcakes w/ candles, birthday cards and then they did a parade for all those celebrating birthdays. It was so cute and something we will never forget.

They lite the candles and the whole place sang happy birthday to all those celebrating. Our server, great guy who's name I can't remember, also brought out a cupcake and card for our DD2, even though it wasn't her b-day.

We love the CP breakfast.
