I noticed last night that the AK is a member of AZA. My roommate is a member of AZA, and supposedly she gets free admission and/or discounts to all AZA affiliated zoos and aquariums. Does anyone have any experience with this? Could it possibly be true??

I used to have that membership.

They send you a list of the parks that will honor the card and give you discounts for admission, store items and free parking. It does not cover all zoos and aquariums in the US.

The AK does not honor those discounts (to the best of my knowledge) but other zoos and aquariums in Florida do.
