I looked at these pics when fireplug posted them on the other thread, we'll be spending the night at the Grand Canyon in 36 days and I'm hoping to see some of those goats!!

I really liked your photos! Reminded me so much our trip through the Southwest in 2000 (pre-digital for me) and we did it in August. I haven't scanned the pics in yet.

We love the Avalanche! Ours is a 2005 LOADED every option but side curtain air bags. The touch screen navigation is very cool. We are taking it out west in Sept for our "National Parks Tour" I love taking pics of our vehicles when we go on trips. There will be some pics of it on the Going To The Sun Road. There is an Avalanche Creek and scenic overlook so we should get some real cool pics of it there!
