Awww, MAN! Mixology class and martini tasting sold out!

I would keep checking back to see if slots open before your sail date. These can be booked and cancelled without penalty up to (I think, but don't quote me) 4 days prior to sailing. So I wouldn't be surprised if you see people cancelling and spots opening in the week or so before the cruise.

The other thing is that more times may open. When my registration date came, we could book a bunch of different tastings -- but when I went back later, I noticed that there were a lot more options that must have become available later.

So, yeah, bottom line is, if you are set on wanting to do this and confirm before the cruise, keep checking back. Good luck!

Thanks, helpful Disboards!!! I'm going to keep checking and my eyes will be locked on my Navigator!! We're only doing a three night on the Dream so we definitely don't have THAT many opportunities to grab one.

Definitely check when you first get on board. Ours were all sold out, but they took names and made an extra class! It's just coordination on their part to 1) have enough participants and 2) have a bartender who may not normally be working at that time willing to hold the class. We got a card at our door saying they had created an extra class and we had a timeframe to call and book! It was great!!! GOOD LUCK!

There are only a few of the tastings available to book online (we found this out on our August 2nd cruise). Only one was listed each day and none were the Chocolate tasting that we wanted. But when we boarded the ship, we discovered there were so many more options.

Check the navigator you receive at the port for where to book them. On the Wonder it was the Promenade Lounge. Palo was also set up at the Promenade Lounge for reservations/changes. That worked out well since we wanted a Chocolate tasting and the only one offered conflicted with our Palo brunch. So we moved over to the Palo table and changed our Palo brunch, then went back to the bar area and confirmed our Chocolate Tasting reservation :)
i am so glad you said this. Same thing happened to us. The same day of booking, all the tasting classes were sold out and we were really looking forward to booking a few. we are hoping they add more especially since it is a 7 night cruise.

I missed my Cognac tasting because I had my days mixed up. I went to guest services, the called over and squeezed me into another that was full. When I showed up for that, they had several no shows, and my buddy was able to sign up on the spot. I also went to eavesdrop on his whiskey tasting. That was also sold out, but had several cancellations. There was also one no show in both mixology and tequila. Bottom line is to keep trying, all the way to the end. You'll probably get it. I also just realized that I did quite a bit of tasting.

Keep checking online as well. Mixology was sold out when I first looked for it, but a few days later, I was able to get a reservation.
