DH and I have been trying to call and make ressies for a last minute trip we are considering for February They are never able to help us (because of their computers) and all this week and last different CM's have been calling us at home to get it straight. I thought that was great service. I am not sure what is making it difficult, the CM left a message last night saying she has been working on our Poly reservations everyday. It must be somethign with the AP discount and waiting for cancellations or the fact that it is a room only reservation. Either way, we appreciated the calls. Now, if we could just make up our minds we will be good to go!
