We recently spent 12 nights in a 1BR at BWV - room 3123. It was an awesome room! It was a corner room. We had a small balcony off the bedroom from which we could see TOT and we had another balcony that ran the length of the kitchen/living room and we could see Illuminations from here. The living room had the new sleeper sofa and plenty of room for our twin sized Aerobed. We had a stairway across the hall from our door that led down to a quiet pool, Community Hall and the walkway to MGM on one side and a walkway to the parking lot and bus stop on the other side. We loved the location. I had read posts about these rooms and was thrilled to be put in one. I would definitely ask for this room if we were to stay at BWV again. After staying in this room it was a bit of a letdown to move to POR for our last weekend.

We've stayed in that room to! Your right, it's a great unit and larger than the other 1 bedrooms.

That sounds fantastic! Is that a preferred view or boardwalk view catergory?

It is actually a standard view 1 BR. I was very impressed with this room as a standard view room. We overlooked the canal and the walkway from the balconies.

Wow, that sounds like a super area! I hope there's a studio near there. If I remember room placement at BWV, isn't that really far from the main elevators? I hope that's true and there's a studio around there, because I asked for a studio far from the main elevators for my next trip. Let's hope for something near -123

Sounds like a nice location.

No problem Diznyfanatic! The quality isn't the best, but I wanted to get it up in a tmely mannor. I'll rerender it today at better quality and swap it out with the bad one. I,ve wondered if the two floors above and below are the same layout?

Anybody ever stay in rooms 1132, 2132, 4132 or 5132 ?

DH and I were upgraded to 4123 on our honeymoon (we weren't DVC members yet and had booked a studio through CRO). We loved it! We had been planning on purchasing DVC while we were there (gift from both sets of parents in lieu of a fancy wedding), so that sealed our decision to purchase BWV.

Our first DVC stay was in 3121, next door. While not the unique layout of 3123, it too is a dedicated 1 br standard view. It has a super balcony that stretches from the master bedroom to the living room. Maybe someday we'll get 3123. :tink:

Thanks for reporting about your rm.
