I posted this in another thread but didn't want it to get lost. I've had my Hydroflask for almost 1 1/2 years and have dropped it a few times but it always kept my cold drinks cold for at least 24 hrs. The last time I dropped it however, it stopped working and I could feel the cold through the outside. I sent an email off to Hydroflask and got a super fast reply telling me to send it back and they would check it out. The receipt from the post office said it was supposed to arrive on Saturday so imagine my surprise when on my door step I received my new, shiny Hydroflask on Monday! And even better, it came with a HAND-WRITTEN NOTE!!!
What company gives that kind of service any more??? I was so impressed that I am not only telling everyone but I have my note on my desk at work for everyone to see.
Do you think anyone from Thermos would be writing you a hand-written note to thank you for your business when they offer you your free replacement flask? Maybe it's just me, but anyone can offer a good product but it is customer service that truly makes a company stand out. For that reason, my business will always be with Hydroflask.
