Awesome customer service from Hydroflask

I posted this in another thread but didn't want it to get lost. I've had my Hydroflask for almost 1 1/2 years and have dropped it a few times but it always kept my cold drinks cold for at least 24 hrs. The last time I dropped it however, it stopped working and I could feel the cold through the outside. I sent an email off to Hydroflask and got a super fast reply telling me to send it back and they would check it out. The receipt from the post office said it was supposed to arrive on Saturday so imagine my surprise when on my door step I received my new, shiny Hydroflask on Monday! And even better, it came with a HAND-WRITTEN NOTE!!! :love: What company gives that kind of service any more??? I was so impressed that I am not only telling everyone but I have my note on my desk at work for everyone to see.

Do you think anyone from Thermos would be writing you a hand-written note to thank you for your business when they offer you your free replacement flask? Maybe it's just me, but anyone can offer a good product but it is customer service that truly makes a company stand out. For that reason, my business will always be with Hydroflask.

This is awesome. I am very happy with my product, but the fact that their customer services is so great makes it even better!

I feel that good customer service is not around anymore. I think this is one reason why we continue to go to Disney. We have always had great customer service!
 
Awesome!!! I love them as well. I'm still waiting for the pink to return. I posted on their FB page asking if it would and they hinted a strong "yes." Very excited for that! :)
 
Even more awesome was the fact that I didn't even think it was covered under the warranty since I dropped it. My email basically said I dropped it before but it still worked, but one day it stopped keeping my drinks cold. The email said I could send it back and if it was covered under the warranty then a new one would arrive however if it wasn't covered, I would be responsible for shipping it back. Fair enough, I thought. In my note back to Hydroflask I asked that if it wasn't covered that they just dispose of the old flask (no sense in paying to ship it back for me to throw it away know I was just going to buy another). What I was tickled about was the hand-written note. Not only did they honor their warranty, but they offered SUPERIOR service with it. Like the majority of us, customer service is high on my list of priorities when I'm dealing with a company so I am very impressed by my dealings with Hydroflask. Not only am I buying more flasks for myself and for gifts, I am telling anyone who will sit long enough to listen to my story. It may be a few dollars more than some other drink containers mentioned here in the past, but I doubt the customer service could live up to Hydroflask.

I have been very impressed with all aspects of doing business with this company.

I think it's our duty to reward companies that offer great customer service with our business and telling our friends about them.

I'm also impressed with their efforts to give back to the community.

They are an awesome and *honest* company.

I love my two silver ones...(The originals with the large "Hydro-Flask" Logo on the side...) I have this system, see... I keep one half-filled and uncapped in the freezer. The next morning, that water is frozen and I fill it with chilled water while putting the second half filled flask in the freezer for the next day.

Isn't this fascinating ? :lmao:

I also bought another half-dozen and gave them away as Christmas presents.

Everyone raves about them.
 
Great story! I love HydroFlask! We give them for Christmas presents and people just rave about them. On one order, I forgot to put in my discount code, so I sent the company an email asking about it and got a reply that day saying that they would refund the amount of the discount as soon as my order was processed! Then, I got another email later checking to make sure the refund went through - amazing customer service!!
