Just a quick note...just got off the phone with reservations...always fun when trying to book the campground. I was just putting a few requests in on my ressie for over the 4th, and had an AWESOME CM. He was very knowledgable(of course everything he was trying to get me excited about I already knew-but that's ok!) He knew so much about what was going on at the fort...he actually goes there-gasp! He also mentioned he sometimes lurks here...so (I will probably butcher your name) but...

Beauregard YOU ROCK!!! Thanks for making my time calling reservations enjoyable!

A lot of CRO CM have fake names so that there will only be one person with that name. When I worked there back in the late 90's my name was......get ready for this one......Kaula...pronounced Ka-oo-la, I later asked to change to Katia after having to spell the first name all the time.

DS24 works at CRO and is named Artemis, but he does the on-line chatting now instead of answering the phones.

that is hysterical! I never knew they had fake names. I just figured people from all over come to work there so that would explain the weird names.

I used to make phone orders for a company that I used to work for. So many times we'd get someone who hardly spoke any english and had a THICK accent. Their names were always "Steve" or "John".
