AW: I've lost 84 pounds so far :)

congratulations! You look so good! It is hard work and you deserve to be proud of yourself for not giving up. I love the 30 day shred, unfortunately I had to give it up due to a knee injury... too many lunges and jumping jacks etc. were causing problems. It is a great workout though:thumbsup2

Thanks again for all of the congrats...it means a lot to me. I'm still in awe just how different I look from those second set of pictures to now.

You look FANTASTIC! Congratulations on your success!!

I read your blog, and completely identify. Last May I broke down and said "NO MORE" to the size 20's / XXL's (and a couple of 22's) and have lost almost 50 pounds so far. I still would like to lose at LEAST another 20, if not 35 pounds. I stalled out from October until ... last night when I read your blog! We leave for WDW in less than 11 weeks and you've totally inspired me to get my act together and at LEAST take off another 15 by then.

I've got one of Jill's other videos and I can attest that she is amazing. Kicks my behind, but I need it. I've heard nothing but good things about her 30 Day Shred and I'm going to get it this weekend.

Kudos to you for your weight loss and thank you for sharing your story. :flower3:

Congats on your amazing weight loss. And thanks for posting it. I had to make some dietary changes this year for health reasons( didn't want to go on blood pressure & cholesterol meds). I've lost about 12 lbs. just from watching my diet. But of course that sort of slipped this week with Easter candy & stuff. Reading your story has given me back some of my will power & reminded me that it is worth it. :)

BTW, your kids are so cute! And I'm sure your family is thrilled & proud! :flower3:

How awesome! loved reading your blog about your journey in changing your life. Be sure to stay away from those killer Friday donuts...maybe you can get them to change it to Healthy snack Fridays instead :thumbsup2

That's awesome! Just read through your blog and I tried to post a question but couldn't :confused3

How do you know how many calories to count? Weight Watchers has always worked for me in the past (losing baby weight) but now it doesn't. I need to drop 20 lbs and I can't seem to shake it. I work out with weights 3X's a week and just got the 30 Day Shred (funny you recommended it!) and thought I'd do that the days I don't lift weights with Friday being an "off" day. Did you got to a DR. first to find out how many calories you should shoot for? And how do you know how many calories are in something? My problem would be home-baked meals. How do you figure that? Sorry to barrage you with questions, but you have obviously had success, so you're an inspiration! Thanks!

I went to sparkpeople.com and put in all of my information...how much I weighed, my height, what I want to weigh. It gave me a realistic time goal and also showed me how many calories I should take in each day, and how many calories I should work out each week :)

I have to tell you, even at your heaviest weight, you were a very attractive woman:)

Keep up the good work!!

That is GREAT, Steph!!! :thumbsup2 You look super. Keep up the good job.

I'll be there next week for about a week, maybe see you again? How is Maddy doing?

Sounds good! :) Shoot me a PM with the dates you'll be here...the kids love getting out and running around the parks. And they're both doing wonderfully! :)

Hentob...thanks :flower3: I didn't think I was so attractive then, but I appreciate it!
