Has anyone received an e-mail confirming shipment? I ordered Sunday night and received a "processing order" e-mail. In that e-mail it said my order was expected to ship Monday and I would receive a con. shipment e-mail which I have not received yet.

I placed my order around 10pm on Sunday and received an e-mail last night around 11pm that it had shipped (included tracking #).

Just off the phone with Avon and they are swamped with orders. Looks as if the lipbalms are out of stock but expected in within the next 48 hours. Orders are delayed waiting for the out of stock items and should ship in the next couple of days. The rep told me they received over 30,000 orders when the free shipping offer went live. This should explain the delay in shipping confirmation and order status updates.
