im traveling to wdw in june (bad time, i know, but it has to be then) with someone who is on medicine which specifically states avoid exposure to sun. she'll be wearing the clothes with the sunscreen in the fabric, using more sunscreen and wearing a wide hat. i myself am in a scooter.
my question--can you think of any rides/attractions where the "place to wait out of the sun" comment on a GAC would actually be of use? i'm a pretty frequent visitor to wdw, and i've never needed a GAC for my own needs, but i don't pay attention to sun issues, only accessibility ones, and i can't think off hand of where there are long lines that are in the sun. i understand that the bigger issue is the exposure walking between the attractions, but we can try to control how long we are outside as best as we can. i'd just appreciate knowing if there are specific rides and attractions where we might get stuck waiting in the sun. then we could either skip them, fast pass if possible, or possibly ask for a GAC.
thanks for any advice you might have.
