I have ADRS for the following restaurants but looking for some feedback as to whether the menu selections are spicy or not? I am traveling with several individuals who cannot tolerate spicy foods..please give me you opinion on these restaurants..
CRT
Biergarten
Mama Melrose
BOG
Chef Mickey
Yak &Yeti

If there are any other restaurant recommendations for non spicy menu selections...please provide input
TIA

CRT - French food, not spicy
Biergarten - German food, unless you find clove, ginger, mace, allspice, nutmag, fennel or caraway spicy its good
Mama Melrose - Americanized Southern Italian, no spice
BOG - see CRt
Chef Mickey - standard American buffet, no flavour let a lone spice
Yak and Yeti - Asian, so there will be spice but the menus are markets pretty well

Yak and Yeti, watch out for their tikka masala. If you know what masala is, obviously, you'd probably avoid it, but on the menu it just lists 'traditional masala sauce' so if you're not aware you could mess up there. It's in no way ridiculously spicy, but it's definitely spicy- probably the spiciest dish on the menu. There's some spice to the curry, too. Otherwise, I think you're good, though I haven't tried the Tempura Shrimp (I'm guessing the chili plum sauce is a sweet one, like the one with the fried green beans, but not having tried it I'm not sure). Everything else on the menu has relatively low spice (in the 'heat'/'hot' way; many entries are well seasoned) in my opinion (at least that I've tasted...).

BOG's food is almost as bland as Chef Mickey's, so no issues there.

The other four may have one entree or two that are spicy, but they should be well marked. Mama Melrose uses a good amount of peppers, for instance: usually bell peppers, but there may be others, so ask. None of them are known for spicy food, but that doesn't mean there might not be a spicy entree or two.

You can always ask for the "blander" foods or for a preparation that leaves out spices in some cases. Also asking for sauces on the side, things like that.

Also, I don't know what you mean by spicy. Do you mean spicy hot, or seasoned beyond the usual salt and pepper?

Spicy for these individuals mean even a sprinkle of pepper. All their food is typically prepared bland. I guess my concern is the sauces that accompany some of these dishes. Would I be able to request no sauce or sauce on the side?

Just tell the waiter/waitresses that they have issues with spices and knowing Disney, they would be willing to prepare them something un-spicy.

Yep - you just ask for their food to be served "naked". So, if it's chicken smothered in a rich creamy sauce, you just ask for the chicken to be naked and the sauce on the side for dipping. Very easy.

CRT...you should have no issue with this at all
Biergarten...a few spicy things, not many though, so you will have plenty to choose from
Mama Melrose...honestly, with it being Italian, this one may be a little tougher to get something non spicey
BOG...never been here, but menu looks like you will be OK
Chef Mickey...like Biergarten, a few things, but plenty of choices
Yak &Yeti...this is a little tricky, several spicey dishes, so you will be narrowed down to maybe a couple dishes

I agree with everyone else. Yak and Yeti would be your only concern. There are plenty of non spicy items on the menu, but of what you listed, this restaurant has the most spicy entrees.
