Avoiding EMH Parks after Noon

It appears to me by looking at the Touring Plans app, that all of the E ticket attractions in all of the parks have significantly lower wait times when they are not the EMH park for the day. So, pardon me for stating the obvious, shouldn't our strategy be to visit the EMH parks until lunch, and then go to another park? Wouldn't that make the additional cost of the Park Hopper option worth it?

Yes, that is what we have done in the past. Get your FP+'s at the afternoon park, assuming you do the bigger rides first thing at the EMH park without FP+.

We ran into trouble this trip though as I did have a few FP+'s at the EMH park for early afternoon. We didn't get out of bed in time to do the EMH, but had those FP+'s so had to fight the crowds and get in there and do those. Stupid on my part, but it was our first trip with doing the FP+'s before we left home. Kinda hate that, but live and learn, right?

Yes, that's exactly what we do, ESPECIALLY during slower seasons. The crowd differences between the EMH and non-EMH parks is even more apparent.
