avoiding 7 dwarves when searching for rooms

I need one more night for our winter trip, I have a few waitlists in, but I don't really care what resort if I can get that night anywhere, so I just keep trying to search for that one night on the DVC site. I usually click on one or two resorts and then I can't search anymore because I get the 7 dwarves error page. I thought I saw someone post a trick to avoid that page once (I thought it involved the back button instead of a refresh, but that doesn't work for me).

Any ideas how to search for room availability and avoid the dwarves? I don't mind spending the time clicking around, but I do mind the constant crashing!

You get a few clicks between session. Unfortunately, it seems to be the way it is until they fix it. I can actually tell what the problem is but I don't work for them so I'm of no use

The back button works for me IF I am making a new reservation. If I am modifying an existing one then I have to close out the page and start over again.

Buy direct. One of the included perks is being able to make a reservation online with fewer (note I didn't say none) website crashes.

My thot is this phenom of kicking you completely out & requiring a new login, is by design. A deliberate attempt to limit traffic/lingering on the DVC website.

Hmmm. I never use my phone, maybe I will start! I've used all the major browsers and get errors after a few clicks on my computer (even multiple different laptops). I'll try out my phone
