Hi. We are planning to go to Disney for the first time Nov. 19th. We our staying on site at the All Star Movies resort.

Is it best to take advantage of EE or to avoid the parks that have EE???

I'm confused.

Thanks.

In my experience, EE days are, for the most part, so much busier that the extra hour you get doesn't make up for the long lines.

It is better to go the day after the EE, and be in line to go in a half an hour to an hour before the gates open. Then, you get some good rides in in the first hour, and the lines remain shorter the rest of the day.

We almost always use EE for MK and MGM. It's great being in the parks with so few people. If it gets too busy we hop to another park or go back to the hotel for rest after lunch.

I do EE at MK because Fantasyland, where I go with my DD's ,in nearly empty at EE compared to the rest of the trip.

Not all small children will get up early so that's a good deal.

However, at MGM, most of the attractions for small children aren't open so it isn't worth the trip and better to avoid the park. Same with AK.

We will take advantage of EE everywhere. Simply because it will make my family get up and going. My DH and I enjoy being leisurely at the parks so the extra time can be used for looking not necessarily doing, getting accustomed to where we want to be and just soaking it all in. I'll take any extra Disney is willing to give.
