If you are seeking a villa to rent for your family to see the parks please avoid this villa since the owner baits you in with a low price. He charges $22 a day for pool and spa heat but doesn't turn the heat on. With the AC in the villa he controls the temperature. Upstairs where you sleep is too hot and you need a fan on. The neighbourhood is crap with loud music and barking dogs.
