Avis thru UCT

I booked cars thru UCT for a trip at the end of May. How do I link those reservations to my Avis acct? We are picking them up at HRH at Universal bc we won’t need cars the 1st 4 days of our trip and I want to be sure it all goes smoothly.

Make sure you have an Avis preferred account first before calling. You do have to call and choose the option that modifies your reservation. Tell the rep you want to modify your existing reservation so that you can add it to your preferred account. After that, you can pull it up on the app if you install it, on your phone. Until you do this modification you will only see your reservation online but you cant do anything with it until its modified. I have done this twice and both times they told me it might alter the existing rate. That did not happen. They just have to say it. After the modification you will get emails and, if you have the app, notifications on your phone. Good luck.
