Just FYI. We had a pretty awful time with our rental at Avis. We showed up at Portofino Bay and no one was there. We called the number and waited about 15 minutes and she finally showed up. When we went to return at Hard Rock at our return time, again, no one was there. We tried calling the numbers listed and no one picked up. We finally were told by the concierge that he would give them the keys…which he did, but we ended up getting charged almost 100 bucks for gas even though we filled the tank about two minutes from the hotel. It took several phone calls to even figure out what the charge was for and then get it reversed. I wouldn’t rent from them again.
