Avis car hire.

Our travel agent has arranged car hire with Avis (she said we get a better deal than with dollar!! aka she gets better commission). My only stipulation with her was that the hire desk had to be at the airport. She confirmed that it was at the airport. We land at Sanford. Can anyone please confirm whether she is right or not as I'm not too sure she really knew. It's reallyimportant that the desk is onsite - with 2 small children and bags, I can't be soing with shuttles to car hire places!!!!
