Limo/Taxi Driver ( from airport to WDW, from resort to wherever off site, from inside of WDW to other locations inside WDW)
Maid (each day or by the week)
Luggage Handler ( per suitcase or item)
Massage (30 vs 60 minutes)

Pedicure
Table service attendant (15% or other)

Who else do you pay and how much?

- Last Disney trip, I gave the limo driver $10 each way. He took us from MCO to a Downtown Disney Hotel.

- I gave housekeeping $2/day and $5 on the last.

- I usually have a manicure and pedicure before I leave for Disney but I tip $10 if I'm having both done at the same time. For a manicure, I usually leave $5.

- I found left a little more in tips at Disney (20-30% instead of 15%) because the service was sooo good

- For the pizza delivery person I leave $2-$3.

- I noticed some of the Downtown Disney bus drivers had 'tip cups'. I only left a tip of $2 once.

$1 per person per day, unless we have asked for something special, or they make or arrange the animals, then $5 per day, flat. We pay everyday in case the maid is different.
Luggage Handler ( per suitcase or item)
$1 per bag, and we usually have pretty many, especiallly when we leave!
Massage (30 vs 60 minutes)--
20% of the fee they charge.
Manicure
20% of the fee they charge.
Pedicure
20% of the fee they charge.
Table service attendant (15% or other)--
15-20% of the bill after tax... even to buffet servers if they work for Disney. If it is a Golden Corral type of place, then usually $1-$2 per person at the table. Most of the time, they will get 20% or better, unless the service is really poor, then only 15%. Been there, done that, know what it is like to have to work for tips!
Pizza Delivery Person ( either Pizza Hut offsite on onsite pizza)
$2-$4 dollars, depending on the size of the order, and how prompt they are.
Rental car company shuttle attendant
20% of the fee they charge. $2-$4 dollars, depending on the size of the order.
