Does anyone know what the average one way fare would be from Bos to MCO on Jet Blue or Song? I want to try one of these airlines for our flight in May but I wasn't sure how long to wait. Right now, Jet is $94 each way and Song is $107 each way. We flew Air Tran this month and I got it for $49 each way but it was kind of a last minute thing. Any advice? Should I buy now or wait a while? $200 round trip isn't bad for non stop flights but can I do better?

Thanks,

Hi - I always fly on JetBlue (amazing service, comfort, etc...). We took it to MCO from JFK in May 03. I booked the tix with them in late Nov. when the rates were first available. I think it was $74 each way. I kept checking their website and whenever I saw the fare drop I'd call and they'd credit me in JetBlue dollars. When all was said and done I ended up getting the tix for $59 each and now I have a credit that I'm using to fly my MIL out from Seattle with for the holidays.

;)

JetBlue is an Amazing airline (IMO) and I'd pay just about anything to fly them anywhere!

I'd pick Jetblue over Song. We just flew Song and it wasn't anything special. I expected TV's...they didn't have them installed yet. We flew from JFK and have used Jet Blue before and loved it. I tried Song because the fare was about the same and a TV is a good thing to have with a four year old. They also didn't serve a snack (like pretzels, etc.)..although you can buy a bag of chips for $2.00. We will definately be flying Jet Blue next time.
