Average Joe 2 - Hawaii ....Question

Can anyone tell me who she sent home last night? I fell asleep about 20 minutes before it ended. I've been to the website, but there's no update there.

I'm not too thrilled with the promotion of this show. The commercial said something like "Can this beauty find love with an Average Joe?" I'd like to know why not.

CJ was the guy (poor thing) that had the big cold sore on his lip. For whatever reason, they showed a closeup of his face several times.

Without trying to sounding mean, I have to say that a large majority of these guys weren't even "average". It looked like they went out of their way to find "nerdy" looking and acting guys. I know many men who are somewhere in between.

The so called "hot" guys that will be coming in look and act like spoiled brats with huge egos. They may look good, but I'll bet there isn't much underneath.

The one guy that killed me was David. He looked and acted like a combination of Carrot Top and Andy Dick on speed. What man jumps on the furniture like that? Especially when you are guest in someone else's home?

I have to say though, the scenes of Hawaii alone are worth watching.

My DH had to watch some of this last night (during CSI Miami commercials). This show drives me nuts - they must go out of their way to find real oddballs! Come on - at least get an average guy with a real job!

What little I saw of her reaction on the hidden camera preview was NOT flattering to her at all.

I would bet a $100 that she'll end up with one of the "cute" guys that come on later. Just like on the last Average Joe....

I hope this doesn't come out wrong, but why don't they have it the other way around? This is the second "Average Joe". I wonder what would happen if they took a really gorgeous guy and presented him with a bunch of not so glamorous girls. Hmmm?

I saw this show, and I wanted to scream "Get a Life"! It's too contrived. The guys did seem pretty bizarre.

Maybe I'll just watch for the Hawiian scenery too!

Here was my take on her outburst to the producer when she was hiding upstairs. In 3 minutes she outbursted and then clamed down and was happy to go meet them...I would love to see the non edited version. I bet she wanted to walk, but was under contract and was forced to go back down and make the most of it.

And could David be anymore immature and annoying. Most of the guys dont even want to be with him...YUCK.

I agree with the last poster...I would really like to see and Average Jane and see what the guy does. Fat and ugly and geeky girls...that would be great!

So, David is the one that looks like Carrottop? I thought he looked and acted ridiculous. Like someone else said, it's almost like the producers went out of their way to find "Below-Average" guys. I thought "Come on-What self-respecting man acts like that? So, did she keep David?

I didn't watch it, except for the first 5 minutes and I taped "Airline" another reality show that looks interesting. God help me and reality T.V. I can't wait for the Bachelorette!

I agree with Jeafl, I think they went way out of their way to find the nerdiest guys they could. If I had been her I would have been upset too! A girl that puts an effort into what she looks like deserves to have a better selection. But then that would make her "shallow" If it had been the other way around (grorgeous hunk with a bunch of Plain Janes) you can bet he wouldn't have had the courtesy to stay around.

My take on the guys she eliminate: Poor CJ - probably a nice guy - but who could see past that thing on the corner of his mouth?!
Matt - ugh - I couldn't stand to listen to him talk!
Elvis guy - uh...I think women prefer men in the 21st century.
Poor Robert - just couldn't put a whole sentence together - nice looking, but was SO nervous.
I'm impresssed that she didn't outright eliminate the fat guys. But David - no woman wants to date a "boy" - c'mon, get this child off the show!

Yeah, but did anyone see the previews for a future show, where David is kissing her? How can she lead some of these guys on like that? She wouldn't have to kiss them all just to prove that she could. I would like to see her be sincere, without having to fake interest. Even if she didn't get rid of the fat guys last night, you know they won't be around long.

I agree about an Average Jane, that would be interesting.
