Avenue Q

just back from my first trip to manhattan and we had such a fun time. DH and I went to celebrate our 8th annivesary. Great food, great fun, lots to do and see. A highlight was seeing Avenue Q. I can't recommend this highly enough. Definitely for adults, and so much fun. Haven't laughed so much in a long time. Never wanted it to end.

We did that for my birthday last weekend! It was hysterical- definitely rated R Sesame Street!

I dont know how my parents got tickets, the place was packed solid because its closing and moving to Las Vagas soon (before Thanksgiving).

Yay for fun times in Manhattan!

Not closing.... there is a SECOND edition that is already up and running in Vegas... Avenue Q is and will be running strong on broadway for quite some time.... Movin Out is closing shortly however..

Ummmm My mom heard that Avenue Q was closing... either that or it was a lie to make me really disappointed I wasn't going to see it in NY then she surprised me with tickets standing in front of the theater last Saturday night

I'm 50 min outside of Manhattan so I assumed she had the updated scoop. Saw Movin Out, glad it had its time on B'way. Thanks for the heads up!
