Avatar land & thing new for 2017 rumours

Hi my dh & I are planning a visit to Wdw early May 2017.

It's been a couple of years since our last visit - just wondered what new rides / shows features

Do u think it is possible that avatar land might be open then - historically when r things opened - is there a pattern?

Disney generally gives a season and it's the very end of that season. So if they say spring 2017, what they are really saying is it will be opened for summer 2017 and somewhere just before summer will be the opening day..
