Does anyone know about this book? I pre-ordered it from Amazon in the spring of 2003 for an Oct 2003 trip. It's publication date was supposed to be Oct 2003. After a 1 1/2 later, it's still unavailable. I'm in need of a World fix and thought to look for the book again. It's "out there" - meaning its listed on several bookstore websites - but still not available.
The newest ship date is now listed as March 1/05 on overstock.com or November 1/2005 on Amazon.ca or Even April 1, 2005 on Amazon.com!?! They don't seem to know when it might come out!
