Do all resorts offer the same use years?

I'm curious about BC and BW.

Yes. There are 8 use year months available at all resorts. The months not used are January, May, July & November.

Is there any rhyme or reason as to why these particular UYs are not available?

My guess is to simplify bookkeeping. Less months they have to divide the total points into.
