Available Resorts -Visa vs. General Public?

Is there any difference in the resorts available for the free dining -- Disney Visa vs. General Public? If POP isn't available for one, is there a chance it could be available for the other?

I tried booking w/ Disney Visa the other day for Pop 9/23-28, wasn't available. Still not avail this morning, so I booked ASSp. I'd hoped they would release a new allotment for the general public free dining, but it doesn't seem they did.

You should try anyway if Pop is what you want!! Your dates might be avail!

same thing. same week. No POP (or Movies) for General Public. Maybe they'll release more inventory later!
