Available points by contract - link broken

I'm trying to see my available points on the site by contract (I have 11 contracts) - I occasionally check to make sure my records are in sync. I can get to/see the general dashboard that has the total by UY, but when I try to click on the areas to get the details, I get a '503 Service Unavailable' message.

Is this new or a known problem, are other people seeing the same?

On the site, from the top bar section 'Explore Membership' click on 'Vacation Points'. On the points page, click on 'View Vacation Points' on the right side.

I still get errors with the member website. Usually I can back arrow and keep trying until the page loads. Your error sounds like just a broken link, you can send MS an email about the error via the member website contact us form.

You might try to go through the link for your profile. That lists your contracts there as well. And you can call IT on the member service phone number about the broken link.
 
What browser are you using? I have problems with IE, but much better results with chrome.

I took a Windows 10 class recently and the instruction said "IE is the browser that you use to get to other browsers".
