Availability of Grand Villa at OKW

Am about to plunge and buy a re-sale for OKW, to add-on to my existing AKL points. Quick question for experienced OKW owners. At the 11 month window for a Sep/Oct/Nov/Early Dec booking (we are very flexible with dates), how tough is it to book a Grand Villa? We are probably looking at a week at OKW with a week at AKL in a 2 bed after the rest of the family depart. Just want to get a general idea before I commit to the best value Grand Villa on property.

if you call right at the 11 month mark you should have no problem if you call at 9am (and likely anytime during the first day)
