Autotrain, running on time?

After looking at the very expensive flights to WDW, I am now back to considering the autotrain, which the kids wanted to do to begin with!

We went 5 yrs ago and could only travel from Sat to Sat. Time was good, only a slight delay to FL and early coming back to VA.

For those who have taken it recently, how have travel times been running, on time?

The amtrak website has a place where you can find out the recent on-time performance of any of their trains.

The Autotrain is train 52 and 53.
