Autotrain Discounts?

Hi,

We're considering taking the Autotrain this spring and were wondering if anyone had any ideas about where to find Amtrak's current promotions. When I went on their website to check the price, there is a field to enter the current promotion code.

You might try Railsale:

This probably won't help until you get closer to your travel dates, but right now you can go from Sanford to Lorton (Auto-Train's terminals) for about $54 per person plus vehicle (but regular fares for southbound travel). This price still includes meals. Auto-Train does show up on Railsale frequently.

Amtrak's latest promotion, Buy-one-get-one-free, excludes Auto-Train (it is valid on the other Orlando bound trains, though). You can view some of the other promotions at:
