Ok just to update you - it is now Saturday, and still not got the car hire voucher!
Phoned Autos Abroad again
and actually got someone who told us exactly what was going on, his name was Mark, and was quite helpful.
The vouchers have been delayed because there was a delay in getting them from the sister company who were supplying them. He said that we should have it by Wednesday - and if we want he could fax us a copy of the booking reference today.
The luggage he says is with the courier company, and it is out of Autos Abroad's hands when it will be delivered. He will e-mail them and tell them to make ours a priority, as we leave in a week!
Ok, so why do so many people tell so many different stories in that place - I'm definitely writing a strong letter of complaint.
