Will this ride be open in October? It's the only one my wife hasn't been on (other than any made since 2004) and she really wants to tick it off her list
Been very hit and miss when we've been there off-season. I've never been on it either! I think they close it without notice if the parks are quiet. But then again, have definitely seen it running, so as per previous reply, who knows?!
Last October it was meant to open around 11am when we were there. It did seem to close randomly and when open had a massive queue. I vaguely remember doing it when much younger and not being all that impressed to be honest.

I keep telling her that it's not actually very good and that she will probbaly be dissapointed once she has done it, I think it is simply because it is the ony ride she hasn't done and she even did Indiana Jones Backwards (she usually hates rollercoasters) so that she could say that she has done every ride!
In itself, it's very unspectacular - but the queues get to over an hour in summer. It's best for kids who feel like they're really driving the cars, as you can steer it and power it to a certain extent.
In winter, it gets shut because no-one wants to go on it!... very odd indeed.

This is the reason we only went on it once this trip.
Because of EMH at around 9.45am one morning there was over 200 already in the queue. This was before rope drop
