Autograph ideas?

My girls will be 8 and 4, and I’m sure the 8 year old is ending her time loving and seeking out character meets, at least till she is a full on Disney adult like her mama!

I’m looking for a unique not to difficult to carry autograph idea.

We have done:

Books
A vinyl Mickey
Ears
A photo frame, while it looks amazing it was a pain to carry around

Any other ideas?

I moved your thread to the Disney for Families board as I know there will be a lot of great help here!

I printed off colouring pages and had my daughter colour them as we counted down to our trip. It was fun in advance and the characters loved her prep too!

I don't know if you have any quilters in the family, but I've seen characters signing quilting squares before. Thought it was a cute idea.

I recently saw a video of characters signing a Disney balloon. It was the balloon design with characters all over it, so they autographed by their likenesses. But that might not be a practical keepsake.

I’ve been toying with the idea of pillowcases from Etsy. I’ve seen people use a binder clip to hold a small piece of cardboard inside the pillowcase to make it easier to sign and to ensure the fabrics pens don’t bleed through to the other side.

Our girls have done baseball caps for years, even got dad involved. They work great because they wear them at home and someone always asks them about them. They are also one of the easiest things for kids to manage while in the park.

I am following too. Hats are a great idea. I am ordering blanket Ts to make family shirts, I will look for hats too!

I used individual 4x6 autograph cards both times I went, put them in an album afterwards with the picture of the character.

DS bought one of those white Mickey hands one year and used that. It wasn’t maybe the easiest thing to get signed but looked really cute

Another vote for a light-colored baseball or bucket hat, all you have to carry is the sharpie! My dd's are college age now and the only autographed thing they kept were the hats.

Our girls still have theirs and every so often will wear them. We still get comments from people when we are out. They are great conversation pieces, who knew we lived in an area with do many Disney fans!!

If you have been before, make a small photo book of your child with the characters from previous trips. Then have the character sign on the page of the 2 of them together. My daughter loved this when she was little. I left a few blank pages or just ones of her solo at the end for new character signatures (ones she didn’t see last time).

It does not. We started this with kiddo #1 and are still collecting autographs in the same book with kiddo #3
