Autograph cover blanks help needed

I'm trying to help a friend with last minute autograph books for her niece and nephew's first trip. She knows how important a special autograph book is, but the kids' mother doesn't. This is their first trip and their aunt wants it to me a magical experience. They leave Friday, so I'm looking for a quick generic blank that would be appropriate for both a girl and a boy. I've been searching for a while, but haven't found many that aren't already personalized. I'm thinking her books are probably 5x7. Can anyone please help me out? Thanks so much!
