autograph books

Where do you buy autograph books? (no, I'm not handy enough to make one-- just looking for a regular book)

Also, what type of 'fat pens' are people talking about. Just a Sharpie? Or something else specific?

They (both the books and pens) are available at just about every gift shop in WDW. The vast majority of kids I saw had those rather than something homemade.
