Autograph books???

Not sure if this is the right board but here goes.
Do they have autograph books available down at Disney? I was hoping to make one for each of my kids but everything I'm finding is too big and bulky to haul around the park.
Do any of the stores down there carry smaller books to use??? Any info is greatly appreciated. Thanks!

DD bought a Mickey and Friends "Official Autograph Book" at Animal Kingdom, and we saw them lots of other places. It was about $13, I think, and maybe 5" long x 4 high"??? You can find them online (here's one link: http://www.laughingplacestore.com/Category-RC-520.asp ) although other posters have said you can often find them cheaper locally before you go or at a Disney Outlet around WDW.

We got the book but used just a permanent marker for the "pen". It's a little bigger than a regular pen and easier for the characters to write with. It's kind of fun to have different color markers for different characters, rather than all just black.

Autograph books are available everywhere, from your resort to every park, nearly every shop. We even bought ours at the stroller rental counter at the entrance to MK.

We bought ours on ebay (they have autograph book stores) and got a "fat" pen to make it easier for the characters to sign. They have books at Disney but they are quite pricey...especially if you are going to have to buy them for more than 1 child.

If you check down on the creative designs forum(at the bottom) there are some very talent people who have greated some wonderful ones. Check it out if you plan on making some.

I ran out of time to make them..lol We leave 3 am on Sunday and still have a ton to do .
So a fat sharpie is the best to take along right? I want to make sure everything is all set for the kids.

We didn't use a sharpie only because I didn't want DD to get it all over herself. They sell "fat" colored pens at Disney that are easier for the characters to hold.

We brought one of those click-able Sharpies. It worked great!

If you do have time, I've got pages you can print. (all of them are on Potobucket) Just hole punch and bind together with a ribbon. The 4x6 pages can be printed out 2 to a sheet. Depending on how many you print out it shouldn't get too thick (unless you print ALL of them) I'd probably print out the ones you're sure of getting and then some blank or border pages at the back)

If you don't have time, they sell autograph books EVERYWHERE at WDW..even the resorts.

Thanks so much! Those are adorable . I'm going to print those out and see about making the books. I was so caught up in the "book" part, I would have never thought to use ribbon to hold the pages together.
I went ahead and grabbed a fat sharpie just to be safe. I do have some thicker pens I think I'll take along too just in case.
